Have to happen,has happened,have to have 日本語でわかりません! If I want to say like The thing that you have to have is.... Something has happened your victory have to happen how can I say this have and has in Japanese in that case?

Have to happen =Confident =KANARAZU(win) Has happened =OKITERIU(this sence we treat as present tence)Have to have = must have(this case more like recommendation) =MOTTA HOUGA II (MOTTARA) We can not tell sence of word have of natives. But our understand to have is something you hand, Time of you can use, belong to person and Your trought or opinion (kind of personal intention)
