Preformance based? Please help me to translate the Dutch word 'Prestatiegericht.'
I want to write something in my resume, for applying a job, but I am unsure how to exactly say it. Let me first state it in Dutch, okay, very few will understand this..
Ik ben op zich heel prestatiegericht, maar niet hoofdzakelijk op mijn werk.
It should translate to something like:
I am very 'performance oriented', but not mainly about my job.
What I am trying to say here, is that I have a character that likes to perform, I like to be good, do a good job. Nevertheless, my job is not my main thing in life. So, I want to be a good father and always be there for my daughter, take care of my health, run 10k in 50 minutes, .. and also be a good engineer.. But my job is not the most important to me. How could you say that?

I think "well-rounded" is the perfect adjective for this situation. For example:
"I'm a well-rounded individual who..."
