What is the Russian translation for "The Witcher?" (Wiedźmin in Polish) I would like to get the Russian translation of the books, and I hear they are quite popular. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Witcher One of my language goals is to play the Russian version of the 3rd game when it comes out next year. Leaf, The word "witcher" means "dowsing rod" in English; a stick used to find water. The word "Witcher" has been used creatively by the author of the game to describe the main character. A literal English translation would be Warlock since a Ведьмак is a male witch, sorcerer, etc.
