That statement if OK, every English speaker will understand you. But if you want to be grammatically correct, you would not put bad at the end, as it could possibly be interpreted that you want to be a poor or bad Spanish student! :) So you should say I want to learn Spanish very much! Or I very much want to learn Spanish.
