How many parts of speech are there in Chinese? What are they? I'm actually learning Hmong, so I can't phrase my question in Chinese. I've asked Hmong grammar experts and no one seems to have an answer to how many parts of speech there are. However, since Chinese shares many grammatical elements with Hmong (Miao), I was hoping that someone could tell me what the parts of speech are in Chinese grammar. Thanks!
