Which one is correct?

I will not be out of the offer tomorrow. I will not be offer tomorrow.

"Reply" is an intransitive verb, so you must use a preposition. "I will reply you" is simply wrong.
The second question is so strange that I can't answer it. Like Steve said, did you mean "office"?
