Looks like everything below is ok .. is this grammaticaly correct?

The problem is that hard copies of documents are of poor quality, some of them were re-scanned few times while being reviewed. About 20% of all hard copies in our office are bad quality scans.

Answer

2 changes:

Add "the" before hard copies in the first sentence.  Not ALL hard copies are of poor quality, so you must show that you are speaking about specific ones.

Change the comma to a period and capitalize the "s" in "some."  These are two separate sentences and need to be separated.  As an alternative, you could change the comma to a semi-colon and leave the lowercase "s."
