why didn't you reply my text message - bakit hindi ka sumasagot (nagrereply) sa mga text ko?
why didn't you answer my phone call - bakit hindi mo sinasagot ang mga tawag ko?
Or you can simply say " Bakit hindi ka sumasagot sa mga tawag at text ko?"
