functioning as copulative conjunction，there is no different ,the meaning is ”together“， you can swith the positon,the meaning will be same,for example : 他和（跟、与、同）我一起去北京。 change to 我和（跟、与、同）他一起去北京。the meaning is same. but as the function of preposition ,you can't swith the position,if you do that ,the meaning will be change,for example:我和（跟、同、与）他谈过这件事。（ the "我“ is the primary) ,:他和（跟、同、与）我谈过这件事。（ the "他“ is the primary）.

As for me,"同" and "与"is frequently used on papers,but seldom for oral use. It seems that I've never used "同" in daily life.:P

"和"=“and” “与”=together with “同”=“the same as”

和、与、同 in english is “and”。In my opinion they have no diffrent.but in sometimes,“同”have means like "together"、"same "。

就我平时用到的情况来说，用作连词时意思是一样的，但“和”字用的比较多。
