What is the difference between stable and steady? As I asked,if I encounter a case that the internet connection in my home could not be connected sometimes,for a while, it was recovery, unfortunately, it was disconnected and connected again and again. Should I say the internet connection is unstable or the internet connection is unsteady? Please give me the correction of what I described above also, the expression is not as natural as I want.
