I am filling in a "Schadendokumentation zu einer fehlenden Sendung"
one of the questions in the form is:
"Ansprechpartner Absender"
As I have already entered my full address and telephone number, what is this question for?

They want to know who can they speak with if they contact you by telephone. This is useful if the application is made by a company and there should be a person who can answer the call and give them the required information. In your case you can leave it unfilled, or just write your name.
