"Will you never come back to Disneyland?" is actually a correct phrasing if you want to confirm a negative sentiment. The answer would either be "Yes, I will never come back" or "No, I will still come back". But if you are asking a question for the sake of information, then the more correct phrasing would be in the affirmative "Will you ever come back to Disneyland?" to which one might answer "Yes, I will come back" or "No, I will never come back" The second phrase is used when one has never visited a place before. "Won't you ever come to visit Disneyland?" to which one might answer "I don't know, is it fun?"

i’d say "Do..."

they are correct grammar, however, most modern english speakers would normally say "Don't you plan to come back to (name of place)" or "Don't you plan to ever visit (name of place) but I am demonstrating how most english speaking people say these sentences, but the you have written them is formal and fine.

And just something to correct: "Are they right grammar" is not good, you should write:"Is grammar right(correct)?"
