1) Both 美满 and 快乐 can be used as adjectives or nouns, according the the context. 美满 literally means "beautiful and satisfactory". It is formal and is not often used in oral conversation. It is often used to express your wish in written situation, e.g. at the end of letter, e-mail or SMS. 快乐 can be used in both oral and written situation. 2) I don't understand your question. (i) Your question in Chinese has no error in construction and is perfectly understandable. (ii) 上海话 is a dialect of Chinese. It has the same construction with that of 普通话, but the pronunciation and some words are different. 3)The consonant 'd' in Pinyin is actually equivalent to [t] (Voiceless alveolar stop) in IPA. It is the Spanish 't' as in 'tiene'. But you should know that it is NOT the same with either English 't' or English 'd', which in IPA is [t^h] and [d] respectively. You can check out these links for more information: About this [t] sound: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voiceless_alveolar_stop About Chinese consonants: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinyin#Initials
