Difference between "set to be" and "set as" regarding numbers?
Hi! I would love to know the difference between "set to be" and "set as" regarding numbers.
For example, when you want to talk about the standard temperature, which sentence is right?
1. The standard temperature is set to be 20'c.
2. The standard temperature is set as 20'c.
I thought the first one is only right when it comes to numbers, but some said that the second one is right. Please let me know about it. Thank you so much!

I prefer the second answer because 'to be' means 'to become' and it is a process. Be is a verb and aux. But as is adv, prep and conj. So I think if we set a standard we should use as. To be should connect another thing.→In fact, I think 'to' is OK,too.
