I have a great satisfaction from eating Chinese food. I am fortunate enough to live near the largest Chinese community outside of China and can eat real Chinese food all the time. And as my wife is chinese, I am very lucky. What attracts me most to chinese food is the great variety of the dishes and ingredients. If you ever get a chance, watch the tv series, "A Bite of China." It can be found on YouTube in clips.

I like aloo gobi. I did not eat this until I left home because my mother didn't know what she was missing. I loved the molasses cookies that I made as a child but I like them fresh and I don't have enough neighbors who like them to justify making a batch.
