which option is more proper? would you please answer it? Immigration is the process of(A.coming B.going)to live in a foreign country. What's the difference between them? I think both are right. I don't know. :( Thank you. This is a choice question in(on? Which is right? Why?)my textbook. I'm confused about the two options and can't identify the subtle deference between them.

a) coming to live in a foreign country. If you are GOING (from here to there) you are emigrating. If you are COMING (from there to here) you are immigrating. The moving process itself is migration.

I think the most proper would be "the process of moving to live..."
