Is this sentence correction correct？
Be complex, but do simple things.
包容異己，但是做简单的事情。
I feel this phrase, "包容異己", is a bit off, but I am not sure.
I want to express the feeling, You should be a complex person, but do simple things.

包容異己 means you can accept a totally different people with you. I think your feeling is a person who have a complex thought. You can translate it to 思考縝密. It means a person whose thought always very complex. ( It is positive )

I think the idiom 胸怀万壑 would be much more appropriate.
