Sometimes 'hereafter' is used meaning "Heaven" or the afterlife. eg. "My father has died and will receive his reward in the Hereafter." In this case it's often capitalised. Other times 'hereafter' is used as an adverb to mean any time after right now and in this case it's never capitalised.
