In India lot of foods are very popular. I want to say some food items from that list:
Idly,dosa,chappathi,paav baji,Etc..,

In China,That's realy a diffrent answer! sweet in south,salty in north,spicy in east and sour in west(南甜，北咸，东辣，西酸）,I love hotpot(火锅） and rost lamp! haha!!!
