For the R, the tongue should be in the middle of the mouth and slightly arched upward. The lips should be partially open and relaxed. Try this while saying "ah". The L is pronounced by placing the tip of your tongue on the back of the teeth while pronouncing "uh". V is pronounced by vibrating the top lip on the bottom row of teeth. Hope this helps.
