Synonyms for "disclose/reveal"? I'm currently translating a text where a group of people are trying to make someone's "wrong" secret actions be known. Simply, two Jews had a secret adultery and their "wrong" deed, in a religious perspective, is to be disclosed or revealed, so that others wouldn't respect them anymore. I'm just wondering about a word of revealing which specifically relates to shame on the doer to reflect the writer's idea completely. Thanks.
