Duolingo and Memrise are two excellent websites for practicing English vocabulary and grammar. To practice reading, use the English website for something you were going to look at anyway. Practicing speaking with a native speaker using Skype is probably the best way to practice speaking.

I think a combination of all methods of studying can help you with your IELTS exam. I got 7.0 easily btw.
