I think must be hard it, though nowadays a lot of people travel to other countries for working.

I think the culture has influence on the quality of life as well.

Unfortunatelly, quality of life is connected with money. Rich countries, such as Skandinavian countries, function better in all areas such as health care, justice, education ...the crime rate is not so high so you can freely walk without fear of being atacked.... But I'm used to warm wheather, I like to have people around me, I don't know will I be happy there.... I think It all depends on how you see life and what quality of life means for you....
