If you want to improve your listenning comprehension, I recommend you to listen to the radio in English (on internet, downloading app's for mobile phone...); also you can watch series with a good pronunciation or only for fun (in my opinion these are quite understandable: Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Office, Dexter.....)
