Hi Brian, I am not sure if I understand your meaning exactly but these are my guesses: "I tend to input onto the database the 10 most incorrect questions" or "I tend to select the 10 most incorrect questions from the database" or "I tend to select the 10 worst answered questions from the database" If you give some more context, I may be able to help more .
