the words "has going for it" But Weinberg says one benefit Chicago has going for it no one else can match is Obama’s connection to the legacy of President Lincoln. What is "Chicago has going for it"? Should we put a comma between "going for it" and "no one else"?

Going for it = in/as its advantage. "But Weinberg says one benefit Chicago has as its advantage" for example, is the same thing. There shouldn't be a comma there, but I would put 'that' there instead.
