Es suficiente con decir "pareces muy cansado". De hecho, no se puede decir "me pareces muy cansado", sino que lo correcto es "me parece que estás muy cansado".

Me parece + Que + estar + adjective (literally: You seem like to be very tired) Estar: estoy, estás, está, estamos, estaís, están 2. Te veo + adjective (it is simplier to you...
