I think pronunciation and grammar are hard for me. How can I improve my English? By practicing it with someone who speaks English and allow them to correct you when you make mistakes.

The key to study grammar is start using it. When I was younger I used to try to learn hundred of grammar typs without applying it, just trying to memorized it . And one day I discovered that I hadn't learn anything. So I look for another way to study English.. I started writing texts, reading in English, trying to understand songs and that's how I really learned grammar and vocabulary.. Using it ! So remember do not try to memorized grammar, use it.

I think practicing with a native speaker will always be beneficial for the pronunciation, but grammar is very difficult. The problem with practicing with someone who speaks English is not everyone uses grammar properly. I am wondering if, in the future, you may be better served by taking an English grammar course. You can start at an elementary level and work up from there!
