What should I do/not do at the dinner table in Japan?
How should I behave? What is considered rude?
Are there any special sayings to say before we eat?
Is burping and slurping considered rude? I heard that it isn't, but I'm still unsure...
Where should I sit?

Burping is not considered as a good manner here as well. Talking about slurping, there are some cases that it is totally acceptable like eating noodles (except pastas^^)or drinking the classic Macha tea at the tea ceremony. For seating position, it is a little complicated. So, if you are not sure, it is better to seat after your colleagues get seated and get kindly escorted. This happens mostly having a meal with business partners, senior workers, or grand parents and elder relatives.
Please do not worry too much about Asian manners, although they might sometimes sound too strict for you. If people here know you are not familiar with their cultures, they are willing to help you most of the time. It is always recommended to learn how to use chopsticks to savor the meals. Having said that, I hope that you enjoy cultural differences when you dine with people here^^

Basic tips would be:
Do not start to eat or drink untill every one ia at the table unless they told you to.
Say "Itadakimasu. before you eat, and "Gochisousamadeshita" when you leave table.
You care about empty glasses of your elderly people(ask them if they need more, if you are invited, it's not the case though...)

I'm not an expert at Japanese culture but one thing I do know is that you don't stick and leave your chopsticks in you rice. It's a way to mourn the dead.
