What's the difference of no problem, never mind and you are welcome? In what situation should I use these words? Is it OK to answer "never mind" when someone said "thank you" to me? What should I answer back when people said "thank you" or "Sorry"? Thank you for answering my questions!

When someone says "thank you", you should either say "No problem" or "You're welcome". "No problem" tends to be only for informal things. "Never mind" is only used when you begin to talk about something, but then decide that you don't want to talk about it after all. When people say "Sorry," you can answer in several ways, depending on the context. If someone did something minor (like if they bumped me or spilled my water) and then said "Sorry," I would say "No worries" or "No problem" or "It's okay". If it was something serious that really hurt me (like if they gossiped about me or stole my favorite possession) I would say "I forgive you." I hope that helped!

"Thank-you" can always be replied to with "You're welcome" "Never mind" means that the other should ignore what you just said or did because it doesn't matter very much.e.g. "I don't understand you" "Never mind - it wasn't important anyway". If someone does something wrong and says "sorry" to you, you can say in response "It's OK", "Don't worry" or "Never mind" in a friendly way.

Nevermind = Forget about it (I change my mind. It's okay, we don't have to talk about it/do it) If a person says, "Sorry." you can say, "It's okay"/"Don't worry about it."/"it's not a problem"/"No worries (informal)" If a person says, "Thank you." You may say, "You're welcome.(formal)"/"No problem (Informal)"/"It's my pleasure (rarely used between younger generations"
