If someone apologize to you,and youwant to forgive him,you can say没关系。If someone want you help him,you can say没问题。

没问题：No problem. Sure.
例子：
A：对不起，我借你的书忘带来还给你了。
B：没关系，下回带给我就好了。
A：Alexander，出门顺便帮我买本书回来。
