The answer: 1 o'clock 2 oclock 1:15ساعت
"when" can show time:
What happened when I you picked up the knife.
When I picked up the knife I cut my finger.
I was eating dinner when the phone rang.
في الوقت نفسه
= at the same time= while
While I was eating lunch she was reading a book.

I washed my car twice this month.=
I washed my car 2 times this month.

Timing is synchronisation or schedule, plan. Choice of time, when you want to do something. Time is just an abstract notion. If you want to know what time it is in some country, you just ask: What time is it in your country?
