With the extra comma it would be: "That website is not as user-friendly, convenient and easy-to-use as this website." But that is a very "heavy" sentence and could be simplified by just saying: "That website is not as user-friendly as this website." Since the term 'not user-friendly' will probably encompass the other two qualifications.

Just remove and easy...it will make more sense..
