I really loved the recipe for Banana Pecan muffins I used a couple months ago here: http://www.canadianliving.com/food/banana_pecan_muffins.php It tasted really well and I think the website gives good instructions. If you're not a fan of Banana Pecan muffins like I am, try some of the other options. :)
