The answered above are correct, a dictionary is best, but I will provide you with some examples. I have chosen to give examples based on past tense! THERE ARE, many other ways you can use these words, I only gave you a few examples.
Shock
Can be either a positive or negative feeling. You cannot believe something has happened.
EXAMPLE 1: I was so shocked that he failed his exam.
EXAMPLE 2: I was shocked at how beautiful she was.
Surprise
The same as above. Can be positive or negative. You did not expect something.
EXAMPLE 1: I was surprised at how little he cared...
EXAMPLE 2: I was surprised that my friend came over on Tuesday.
Astonish
Mostly used to express a positive emotion. You are amazed.
EXAMPLE 1: Wow! I am astonished to see this old building still in tact!
Frighten
A negative emotion. You are afraid.
EXAMPLE 1: That scary movie frightened me! :(

Kang, I recommend two dictionaries where you can quickly check the meaning of these words and see the examples as well:
http://dictionary.reference.com and http://www.thefreedictionary.com

I suggest you
a) look up the words in online dictionaries,
b) study the definitions and example sentences and then
c) write example sentences of your own.
We can then check your sentences and improve them, if necessary. You will learn much more this way.
