I don't know any specific book except for this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Story_of_Art by E. H Gombrich. The best thing is to read as many books as you can which talk about art and you will quickly build up your vocabulary.

I find that Wikipedia is excellent for this sort of thing... and in some cases, if you have trouble with the English, the English article--for example, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georges_Seurat --will suggest a Chinese-language article-- https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/喬治·秀拉 on the same topic.
