Can anyone explain the reference of "pot and pan " '?for example, I know "twist and swirl"refers to girl .
It's not commonly used in England. It's just funny to know about it.

If you are talking about Cockney rhyming slang, 'pot and pan' is '(my) old man', which is a way that someone might refer to their father, or possibly a husband.

I had to look it up this bit of rhyming slang... apparently it means father or husband (old man... pot and pan).
