what does 안한다는 거네? mean? what does 안한다는 거네? mean? i was telling my friend to learn english and he said he will start from kid books i said good luck and that's when he said 안한다는 거네?

안한다는 거네? means "You mean you don't do it, don't you?"

I'm learning korean too and I think that means " not doing something " it's hard to understand since it's not a full sentence :(
