Anata wa dare desuka(あなたは誰ですか？)=who are you?

Who are you? = Anata wa dare desuka..

"Who are you?" I would leave out, "anata wa," just because it is automatically assumed. People don't normally ask who they are themselves. Also if you want to be more polite, use, "donata," instead of, "dare."
