If I want to ask patient who come to hospital
"how do you feel now?"
"You still pain?"
"get better?"
"pain increase?/decrease?"

"how do you feel now?"
=> 이제 (좀) 어떠세요?
"You still pain?" => Are you still in pain?
=> 아직(도) (많이) 편찮으세요? (polite)
=> 아직(도) (많이) 아파? / 아직(도) (많이) 아프니? (casual between friends)
"get better?"
=> 나아지다.
=> 좋아지다.
""Have you gotten any better?"
=> 좀 나아지셨나요? (polite)
=> 좀 나아? / 좀 낫니? (casual)
=> 좀 나았어? / 좀 나았니? (casual)
"pain increase?/decrease?"
=> 상태가 나빠지다 (condition) gets worse
=> 상태가 나아지다 / 상태가 좋아지다 (condition) gets better
=> 아픈 게 심해지다 / 아픈 게 더해지다 pain increases
=> 아픈 게 덜해지다 pain decreases

Just some small corrections, since I see you're learning English as well: "How do you feel now?" or "How are you feeling?", "Are you still in pain?" or "Does it still hurt?" (if a specific body part is hurt, like an arm or a leg), "Do you feel [any] better?" or "Have you gotten any better?", "Has the pain increased or decreased?", and "How do you say these [sentences/phrases] in Korean?"
