34. You're right about the dangling modifier but I'd have to say it's not the worst example of one. "I thought that, dressed in a Dracula costume, my son looked perfect for Halloween."
35. "Taking this course in interior design, a desire to change careers sprang up in her". I'm not sure why the focus of the bad phrasing should be "in". For me, the bigger mistakes are that there should be an "up", and the subject of "spring up" is wrong.
