scare: fright being afraid cause great fear or nervousness in; frighten
panic:sudden uncontrollable fear or anxiety, often causing wildly unthinking behavior.
Fear:an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
Dread: anticipate with great apprehension or fear
while they are similar, each is different as you can see, and would be used in different context
