What is the rule that governs the usage of these 3 tenses? If the time is specified, is the future tense not required?

For example, which usage is most correct?

Je déménage à Paris en janvier
Je déménagerai à Paris en janvier
Je vais déménager à Paris en janvier

Is the following a good approximation of the proper usage, or is the future tense not required if the time is specified?

On va aller au cinema ce soir?
-Non, mais on ira bientôt

"Present" and "Futur Proche" are more used in a oral conversation, because easier to conjugue.
We use often "Present" but if the context of futur action isn't clear we use "Futur Proche".

Orally, "Futur" is used for a action who'll come after or a action more punctual.

"On va aller au cinema ce soir, et j'achèterai des pop-corns."
"On va au cinema ce soir, et après nous irons au restaurant."
