Go on a trip or take a trip? We usually go on canoe trips and cycling tours. We usually take canoe trips and cycling tours. How to say that sentence correctly? Maybe there are some better ways to say that. Thank you a lot.

There are usually many ways to say the same thing in English. In this case both sentences are correct, so you are fine to use either one.
