I looked for it on Google, "La Torre" is a rather little sport Association based in Reggio Emilia and founded in 1948 (Emilia Romagna - Italy) http://www.uslatorre.it/ The back of the medal says "Campionato Regionale Allievi" (Students Regional Championship) with a date, but it doesn't specify the sport, so it could be any of the one practiced by this association. Maybe you could write directly to them to have more infos (I could help you with the Italian)
