Hello Zhang, you need to know that English is a rhythm based language so you will normally only hear the important information carrying words clearly, the rest will become a 'noise'.
Practise by listening to texts and reading at the same time. If you like music look for the songs with lyrics on youtube if you can get to it.
Hope this helps

I'm having the same problem learning Spanish. I think it's just the way things when learning any language. In natural, flowing, connected, rapid speech, the brain does amazing things in picking out words from a continuous sound. Computer voice recognition systems still can't do it very well.
I'm using a no-cost website, lyricstraining.com, which has an entertaining set of exercises that are supposed to help build listening skills in a foreign language. You listen to a youtube video of a popular song and you have to indentify words within the song instantly, while the song is playing. I think it's helping me... maybe.

Find things that you're interested in to listen to and you'll get better. I listen to Spanish 3hrs a day.
