Fine cooking and good cooking are exactly the same for 99% of people. You will always get different opinions of degree of quality of something in every category. I presumed you wanted to understand the everyday English, not the very specialized one percent of the people. For your question, Good cooking and fine cooking mean exactly the same.

If you choose an answer as 'best' too soon, you may well get the wrong answer! Leave a little time. If your answer gets up-votes, and there is no other answer after several hours, it is probably correct.

Fine cooking and good cooking are not the same. Any person who enjoys cooking or is able to follow a recipe can make a good meal. Fine cooking refers to a meal that is created by a professional chef who went to school to learn cooking, baking, etc.

Nadia, fine cooking is very different from good cooking. Fine cooking refers to the kind of cooking practised by the great chefs and emulated by many lay food enthusiasts. Grandmother's hearty homely fare may be good and delicious, but is not fine cooking. What Julia Child taught and advocated was fine cooking. The library of fine cooking enthusiasts would have classic reference books such as those by Paul Bocuse as well as those by more recent chefs. Fine cooking is characterised by its delicacy and sophistication. Other terms that may interest you are "fine dining" and "foodies". Look them up on the internet.
