내가 너 다치게 한건 아닌지 걱정된다. (=I'm worried that I might have hurt you.) If you want to find out if you did hurt your friend, then you can say 나 때문에 다친데 있어? (=Is there any bruise/hurt caused by me?) or 내가 너 다치게 한거야? (=Is it me that hurt you?) I think you can also simly say 괜찮아? (=Are you okay?)
