9:00 or 9.00?
When I didi listening test, I wrote down 9：00, but the answer in my textbook is 9.00. Are they same or I can only write 9.00?

Both are acceptable.
9:00 is most common in US English, 9.00 in British English.

In the States we write it as 9:00 ( then if needed am or pm )
