Perplexed and puzzled
What is the difference between perplexed and puzzled? Which word is more common in daily usage?

These words are almost the same.There is not much difference.You can also say confused, or even bamboozled!

They have the same meaning :)
puzzled is more common. Using perplexed makes you sound smart!
